RITZVILLE, Wash. – The and eight others injured Saturday night on US Highway 395 involved nine people in a GMC Yukon, only one of whom was wearing a seatbelt.
According to Washington State Patrol, the 34-year-old driver of the car was killed in the crash. She was not wearing a seatbelt, nor were seven of her eight passengers.
The surviving passengers were transported to the hospital late last night.
