Deputies: Spartanburg Co. victim captures burglary suspect until law enforcement arrives [Video]

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office reports charging a suspect with burglary after he was caught by a victim inside his property.

Deputies said they responded to a burglary call on Reidville Road at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

According to deputies, the victim was holding 48-year-old Jamison Crowder down in front of a building.

Deputies report the victim said he arrived at his property and discovered his speakers were missing from his 1994 GMC Yukon which had been broken into.

The victim called law enforcement before he noticed his speakers and other valuables on the porch, his back door window shattered and Crowder inside, deputies said.

Deputies report the victim held Crowder down until law enforcement arrived.

A backpack that Crowder was carrying held multiple boxes of ammunition in the bag, AR15 magazines, and other miscellaneous tools which the victim said belonged to him, law …
