Dine in the 419: Assembly American Brasserie [Video]

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – We’re starting the new year on a high note! Incredible cuisine awaits you inside downtown Toledo’s Hilton Garden Inn at Assembly American Brasserie, 101 N. Summit St., Toledo, Ohio.

Chef Jordan Krieg gave us a quick master class on how to prepare Prince Edward Island mussels and swordfish. Then, we tuck in for some in the King of France bone-in beef short rib, shrimp batons, deviled eggs and the best darn chocolate zucchini torte cake you will ever taste (It’s an old family recipe Chef Jordan used to make with his mom).

Located inside the Hilton Garden Inn attached to the Glass City Center across from The Toledo Mud Hens, this restaurant rebranded with a new bistro theme earlier this year. They’re now serving lunch and dinner, with complimentary valet Monday through Thursday.
