Canada-based Punjabi singer Shubhneet Singh aka Shubh is facing massive ire after he shared a distorted map of India, omitting Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and northeastern states. However, it has been said that the image was shared when Amritpal was being chased by the Punjab police and is now getting viral across social media platforms.

In retaliation to the viral post, India-based consumer electronics brand Boat on Tuesday announced it was withdrawing as a sponsor from the singer’s tour.
