An Owen Sound driver is facing charges following a RIDE program in Arran-Elderslie.
On Sunday night around 10, South Bruce OPP conducted the program on 1st Avenue North.
A 35-year-old Owen Sound driver stopped, and police charged the man with operation while prohibited.
The driver’s vehicle has been impounded for 45 days as a result.
