State Police said Quentin Parthemore, 24, was charged after he ignored signs, drove through a closed work zone, and struck a construction worker on April 25.

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A man has been charged after reportedly hitting a construction worker while driving in an active construction zone in Dauphin County. 

Quentin Thomas Parthemore, 24, was charged with aggravated assault- attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon, eight counts of recklessly endangering another person, trespass by motor vehicle, careless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic- single, reckless driving, obedience to traffic control device and duty of driver in construction and maintenance areas- areas indicated by traffic-control devices, police said.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the incident occurred along the 3000 block of Peter’s Mountain Road in Halifax Township on April 25 at about 3 p.m. The area has been an active construction zone since October …
