Dutchtown shooting leaves man dead Tuesday, police say [Video]

Homicide detectives were requested to the scene.

ST. LOUIS — A man is dead and detectives are investigating the scene after a shooting in Dutchtown, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said.

The shooting was reported to police at around 8:30 a.m. near the 3500 block of Alberta Street, officers said. They found a man’s body there, and homicide detectives were requested.

The investigation is ongoing.
