Another day under the clouds in Edmonton and area as we’re stuck between a cold air mass to the east and northeast and a mild pocket of air to the west and southwest.
There was nearly 20 degrees difference between Jasper and Lloydminster early Monday afternoon.
We’ll see a similar split across the province today (and…to a lesser extent on Thursday).
In Edmonton, we’re not expecting much change to temperatures through the day. We’ll hover around -10 C for most of the morning and then inch up to -7 C or -8 C this afternoon.
We’re seeing snow to the south and east of the city early this morning, and the main snow zone appears to have shifted slightly to the east.
So, there’s a chance of a few flurries, but it shouldn’t be a repeat of yesterday and I’m not anticipating much more than a dusting.
The same goes …
