Elle Harris to pay tribute to late mother at high school graduation [Video]

The 20-year-old daughter of Morgan Harris, one of four Indigenous women murdered by an admitted serial killer, will graduate from Argyle Alternative High School on June 26. She’s been teaching other students how to make ribbon skirts and plans to wear one, as well as a red stole bearing her mother’s face and name, when she walks across the stage.
