A video capturing a comical moment where a woman’s attempt to practice the local language of where she lives goes wrong has gone viral on TikTok.

The video was posted by @feti_adexx, who lives in Barcelona, according to other videos shared on her TikTok account. Her first language appears to be English but now speaks fluent Spanish, per other uploads. The clip has amassed 1.1 million views since it was posted on March 4.

The footage begins with a caption overlaid on the clip saying: “I think I’m done with speaking Spanish after this interaction.”

The clip shows the woman sitting at a venue in front of a laptop and asking a worker in Spanish “What is the password for the Wi-Fi?”

The worker begins to reply in English, saying “the password is…” before the woman interrupts, asking the worker to speak in Spanish instead. But the worker just replies: “No, in English …
