There’s good news and there’s bad news for the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls heading into 2025.
NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — There’s good news and there’s bad news for the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls heading into 2025.
- The Niagara County outlet mall has a multi-million-dollar loan pending – but with an 18-month window until the loan comes due.
- The mall has many tenants with lease review dates under the two-year mark; yet it’s welcoming new tenants.
- Canadian shoppers appear to be returning but not to pre-pandemic levels.
Local malls are large employers and taxpayers, plus they draw in visitors from inside and outside the region. The outlet mall is the only regional indoor shopping mall in Niagara County and is the one closest to the Canadian border.
