It will be a mixed bag of winter weather depending on where you are in the province with freezing rain and snow in the forecast for Wednesday.

Environment Canada says to expect a dry day in Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton with no flurries, but it will still feel like winter with a high of -5 C in the morning that will feel more like -18 C with the wind chill.

Skies will be mostly cloudy with temperatures warming to around -9 C in the afternoon and dropping to -15 C with the wind chill in the evening.

But not all areas will fare as well with a risk of freezing rain in the evening for Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Brantford and elsewhere.

Those areas are also expected to see snow starting overnight with a low of around -13 C with the wind chill in the evening.
