Friday should bring more chill winds to Mississauga, Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area while some communities could see up to 15 cm of snow in southern Ontario.
Environment and Climate Change Canada says the snowsqualls expected to hit the GTA on Thursday night will clear up by Friday with no snow in the forecast while temperatures will stay frosty with a daytime high of -3 C that will feel more like -14 C with the wind chill.
You can expect increased cloudiness in the morning with mostly clear skies in the afternoon, and stiff winds blowing around 30 km/h and gusting up to 50 km/h in Mississauga.
But some areas could see more snow with snowsqualls and flurries, with snowfall between 10 to 15 cm in Barrie, Collingwood, Orillia, the Bruce Peninsula area, Owen Sound, Blue Mountains, and elsewhere.
Looking ahead to the weekend, the forecast isn’t as sunny for Mississauga and the GTA.
