FIFA President Gianni Infantino looks ahead to the 2026 World Cup in North America
The next 15 months promise to be a busy one for soccer in America. While anticipation mounts for the FIFA World Cup in 2026, which is being hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, this summer sees the newly expanded FIFA Club World Cup taking place on American soil, with 32 teams battling it out to be world champion, and for a cut of a record $1 billion prize pool.
