THIS MORNING…

Under a clear sky, temperatures, while there not as bad as yesterday at this time, are still cold! They’ve dropped into the 20s pretty much statewide. There are some teens out there too. That wind is once again with us making it feel oh so much colder. Expect wind chill values from -5 to 5! You’ll certainly need the heavy winter coat this morning and through out the day today!

THE REST OF THIS WEEK…

Between low pressure spinning over Newfoundland and high pressure building out of Canada into the Central Plains, the wind remains up. While it will certainly be cold, the actual air temp won’t be too extreme for January in Connecticut (it will be running about 10 degrees below normal).
