As the week progresses, we trend warmer and muggier! The peak of the heat comes Thursday, which we have declared a *First Alert Weather Day* as we’ll likely achieve our 1st 90° day of the year that will feel a bit hotter with dew point values in the 60s to near 70! While we’re dry through midweek, our sky will become increasingly hazy thanks to Canadian wildfire smoke aloft. From Thursday (minimal chances) into part of the upcoming weekend, there will be increasing chances for rain/storms as a cold front approaches and slowly moves through the region.
