In anticipation of severe weather, multiple airlines have canceled or reduced their flights into and out of St. Louis.
ST. LOUIS — A major winter storm is impacting the St. Louis region, bringing with it heavy snow, freezing rain and icy conditions. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the entire Bi-state area until 6 a.m. Monday.
At St. Louis Lambert International Airport, flights were already being impacted.
A spokesperson for Lambert Airport said United and Air Canada canceled all flights and Southwest and American reduced flights in anticipation of the weekend storm. Delta, however, was flying a normal schedule Sunday.
As of 1:30 p.m. Sunday, FlightAware was reporting 65 delays and 253 cancelations to flights into and out of St. Louis.
