BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – What is a weekend in Maine without some rain? It’s been about a month and a half since we last had a dry weekend and we will have to wait even longer.

A cold front from New Brunswick spans across Maine and all the way down to Ohio. This will provide Maine with rain chances this weekend.

Today, we will contend with a lot of moving pieces. This morning, the big story is the fog, which is widespread across the interstate, coast, and New Brunswick border. Dense Fog Advisories this morning will expire by 9:00 am. The fog will slowly taper off as the morning progresses. Only the coast will continue to deal with some fog into the afternoon.
