The final report from the Foreign Interference Commission is set to lay out how the country and its security and electoral agencies can better protect the political system from foreign meddling.

Justice Marie-Josée Hogue, the commissioner, will deliver her report and hold a press conference late Tuesday morning in Ottawa.
