The 90-minute, hypnosis-fueled improvisational comedy show will have audiences at the university’s Luhr Center pondering, “Is this real?”

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — Former “Whose Line Is It Anyway” star Colin Mochrie and hypnotist Asad Mecci will bring their “Yes, It’s Real” Tour to Shippensburg University’s Luhrs Center on March 21.

Mochrie was one of the breakout stars of the popular improvisational TV series, which ran from 1998 to 2007. His two-man “HYPROV” show with Mecci will visit Central Pennsylvania near the end of its 45-city tour.

HYPROV has sold out venues across Canada, America and the United Kingdom. The live show, which has been called “hilarious and fascinating” by Time Out New York, combines hypnosis and improv for a one-of-a-kind comedy experience that leaves audiences to ponder, “is this real?”

It is, the duo says.

“And we just want to remind everyone, YES! It’s real,” Mochrie said.
