Canadian high pressure continues to dominate our weather forecast

We started this morning off cold with temperatures down into the 20s. Afternoon temperatures only reach the low 50s. We will see mostly clear skies today with plenty of sunshine. A few clouds possible late in the day for our northeast counties. These clouds could bring some mix precipitation, temperatures at this time will still be above freezing at the ground. So we are not expecting any travel impacts.

Tuesday’s temperatures will continue to get cooler. Morning lows will be in the low to mid 20s and will only get into the mid 40s by the afternoon. Definitely a day to stay bundled up for practically the entire day. Sunshine will still be abundant so if you can handle the cold, it’s a great day to get outside.

Our next chance of rain will be some isolated activity Wednesday evening/Thursday morning. While the bulk of the rain will stay primarily …
