PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A Gladstone man was sentenced to 50 years in federal prison on Tuesday for kidnapping and sexually abusing an underage girl from Canada in 2022.

Noah Madrano, 43, pleaded guilty in January to charges of sexual exploitation of a child and transportation of a minor with intent to engage in illicit sexual contact.

According to prosecutors, in 2022, Madrano traveled to Canada to meet a teenage girl he had met a year earlier and had been sexually exploiting since. Madrano then took the child to a hotel and filmed his sexual abuse of the girl.
