Prince Edward Islanders can celebrate the new year a couple of days early after workers removed the four and added a fresh five to the big red year sign in downtown Charlottetown. CBC’s Sheehan Desjardins spoke with Dawn Alan of Downtown Charlottetown Inc. about the sign’s continuing popularity.
