BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – The remnants of the Nor’easter which provided us with cooler and wet weather over the last 3-4 days will exit Maine and the Canadian Maritimes entirely tonight. Most communities received a total of 0.50 to 1.50 inches of rain since Thursday evening.
Tonight, clouds will finally start to lighten up from the NW to SE. A few scattered showers this evening will dissipate out as well. Low temps will vary from the mid 30s to mid 40s with NW gusts up to 15 mph. By sunrise, many communities can expect partly cloudy and dry conditions for Memorial Day.
Memorial Day Monday will finally provide the well needed sunshine and warmer conditions. Highs will reach back into the 60s for most communities. Some morning clouds may linger along the Midcoast and Downeast, but will lighten up by midday, so the afternoon will be partly cloudy for …
