GST break not making a big difference, Montreal holiday shoppers say [Video]

It’s been more than a week since the GST break has kicked in. 

Ottawa temporarily removed the tax on certain items — a measure intended to provide some financial relief amid high inflation.

But some shoppers in downtown Montreal say the tax break doesn’t make much of a difference.
