The Guelph Police Service is trying to find the people responsible for the theft of thousands of dollars worth of cigarettes.
The manager of a business near Eramosa Road and Metcalfe Street called police just after 1 a.m. Sunday to report a break and enter in progress.
Officers arrived at the store three minutes after the call, but the suspects had already left.
Security video showed three men in a white vehicle arrived at the business and smashed the glass door to get inside. They stole cigarettes worth between $18,000 and $20,000 and some cash.
All three suspects were dressed in dark clothing and wore ski masks and gloves. Investigators believe two of the suspects have brown skin and the third has white or lighter brown skin.
