FUELS,. GUILFORD COLLEGE’S PRESIDENT RESIGNED BACK IN DECEMBER. NOW THE INSTITUTION IS GOING THROUGH ITS SECOND YEAR OF PROBATION TO KEEP ACCREDITATION FOLLOWING FINANCIAL ISSUES. OUR SARAH SAUER SPOKE WITH THE INTERIM PRESIDENT AND A STUDENT ABOUT WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE REST OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, AND FOR NEW STUDENTS HOPING TO ONE DAY ENROLL AT GUILFORD COLLEGE. GUILFORD COLLEGE IS ON ACCREDITATION PROBATION, BUT THE INTERIM PRESIDENT TELLS US THAT DOESN’T MEAN THAT CAMPUS IS CLOSING. CLASSES STARTED BACK THIS WEEK IN FULL SWING, WITH NO PLANS ON SLOWING DOWN.
