Further north, snow amounts will range from 3-6″ inches, with 1-3″ inches expected near the Canadian border.A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for coastal and partial inland counties and will likely be upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning by Sunday morning. Sunday morning and afternoon will be mostly dry with conditions will worsening by the evening and making travel hazardous. Breezy winds may reduce visibility.
