I-84 is closed between Ontario and Baker City due to a truck fire Thursday morning. Drivers are asked to delay travel if possible.
BOISE, Idaho — Interstate 84 is closed in both directions between Ontario and Baker City due to a truck fire Thursday morning, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
ODOT said the closure of I-84 stretches from Exit 374 in Ontario to Exit 304 in Baker City.
Fire and HAZMAT crews are on scene of the truck fire – located at milepost 357 eastbound, one mile east of Exit 365 for OR 201.
Officials ask drivers to delay travel if possible Thursday morning, adding an extended closure is expected.
