Terry Samuel Stoner was convicted of two felony counts related to child sexual exploitation.

ELMORE COUNTY, Idaho — An Elmore County man was sentenced to 15 years in prison after being convicted of possessing child pornography and computer-generated images of child sexual abuse, Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced Thursday.

Terry Samuel Stoner, 64, was convicted of two felony counts related to child sexual exploitation, including a newly enacted law criminalizing computer-generated images of child abuse.

According to court documents, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit received multiple tips in May 2024 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about sexually exploitative material being uploaded from Stoner’s Hammett residence.
