PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A Southeast Portland woman is sounding the alarm after she caught a man recording her through her bathroom window twice.

The first instance happened on Nov. 17 when Jessica was in her home alone near SE 17th Avenue and Yukon Street. She said she was using the restroom when all of a sudden, she felt like she was being watched.

“When you’re filming at night on an iPhone, the light comes on so I saw the light and I got up and I could see a man there filming me through the bathroom window,” Jessica remembered. “I said ‘Hey I can see you, you better get out of here’ and he kind of crouched down to act like I couldn’t see him and then he ran into the backyard area.”
