President Donald Trump has ushered in sweeping policy change at a breakneck pace during his first six weeks in office. In an address tonight before a Joint Session of Congress, Trump is expected to tout his accomplishments so far and frame the path forward for the country. A major shift in foreign policy will likely be a focus after the White House paused all U.S. aid to Ukraine on Monday.
