Indian official calls U.S. indictment alleging assassination plots ‘a matter of concern’

Arindam Bagchi, the spokesperson for India’s ministry of external affairs, said that U.S. accusations that an Indian government employee directed Indian national Nikhil Gupta to arrange the assassination of a Sikh activist in New York are ‘contrary to public policy.’
