The dining room at the China Garden in downtown Charlottetown has been closed for several years, leaving many Islanders with nothing but the memory of past late-night meals there. CBC’s Travis Kingdon spoke with the restaurant’s new owners about completing renovations, bringing back the 3 a.m. closing time, and making new memories.
