Warm temperatures are expected in southern Ontario on Wednesday as we inch closer to the official start of Spring.

Environment Canada is forecasting a high of 16 C in Toronto, and 17 C in Mississauga, Brampton, and Hamilton, as well as in northeastern parts of the region including Kingston and Ottawa.

Sunny conditions will accompany the comfortable temperatures.

Eastern parts of the GTA might be a bit cooler, with highs of 15 C forecasted for Pickering and Oshawa, along with sunshine.

In parts of Ontario, temperatures will be just shy of 20 C, with a high of 19 C in Windsor and also Niagara Falls.

Windsor is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud.

Overnight lows into Thursday will range from 9 C to 11 C depending on the areas noted above, expect for in Ottawa where it will drop to 5 C. There’s a 60 per cent chance of showers and a thunderstorm overnight …
