BURLEY — Judith A Nielson Osterhout passed away the morning of January 7, 2025, with her devoted husband at her side. Judy was born February 18, 1941, to Rex & Agnes (Roberts) Nielson in Cardston, Alberta, Canada. She was the oldest of her siblings and was joined by LaMont Nielson, Roberta Gurney, Carol Schwarz, Karma Pederson, Tom Nielson and Colleen Kastendiek. She spent most of her childhood in southern Alberta, with a 2 year stay in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Judy graduated from Raymond High School. She attended and graduated from Ricks College. She then attended Utah State University, majoring in Home Economics. While she was there, she met her eternal companion, Ronald Dee Osterhout. They were married in June of 1963 in the Cardston Alberta Temple.
