A new report from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce shows Kansas City is heavily reliant on exports to Canada and could be jeopardized by a trade war resulting in less Canadian demand.The report lists Kansas City as the third most reliant U.S. city on Canadian exports, trailing only San Antonio and Detroit.“Specifically for Kansas City, close to 40% of your exports are headed to Canada, at least on the goods side. So, $4 billion headed to Canada in 2023.
