Last Day of Overcast Skies; More Sunshine and Warmer Temps for Memorial Day [Video]

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – The Nor’easter which provided us with cooler and wet weather over the last 3 days will start to work out of Maine and the Canadian Maritimes today. Most communities received a total of 0.50 to 1.50 inches of rain since Thursday evening. The good news is, we can expect minimal accumulation throughout the rest of our holiday weekend.

Today will be cloudy with a few isolated showers, mostly in Eastern Maine. About a 10% chance of showers is expected for most. A few peaks of sunshine are possible. Highs will vary throughout the 50s with NW gusts reaching 20-25 mph.
