LLOYDS banking group has announced more branch closures ahead of shutting 254 branches for good this year.
The giant lender has revealed it will close two more branches, including one Halifax branch and one Lloyds location.
Lloyds will close down one of its locations Birmingham at 608 Bromford Lane, over the coming moths but a closure date has not yet been confirmed.
This means the bank will now shut up to 116 sites over the next 12months, according to a report in MoneySavingExpert.
Over the past few years, Lloyds has slashed its estate of physical branches blaming a rise in online banking for the move.
Halifax, which is also owned by the banking group, will close its site in Lincoln on May 14.
Again, this is on top of plans to shut over 100 stores in the next year.
