Late Monday, Manhattan prosecutors filed murder and other charges against Luigi Nicholas Mangione in the killing of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO, according to an online court docket.
Following his arrest in Altoona, Pa. earlier on Monday, Mangione was arraigned and charged with five counts, according to a criminal complaint.
