Man arrested in Big Spring after road rage incident turned into murder [Video]

Tony Magallanes, 39, was charged with murder after a road rage shooting in Big Spring Wednesday evening.

BIG SPRING, Texas — A road rage incident-turned-murder at the intersection of 14th and Goliad has left one dead another injured in Big Spring Wednesday at around 5:50 p.m. according to Administrative Lieutenant with the Big Spring Police Department (BSPD) Brian Gordan. 

Gordan said, officers had identified the driver of a white GMC Yukon, Ricky Flores, 38, as the victim, who was found dead inside the vehicle. 

A second man was also found to be an occupant in the Yukon, who also suffered from a gunshot wound, and was taken to Scenic Mountain Medical Center and was later flown to UMC Lubbock for treatment. 

Witnesses said that the suspect responsible for the shooting was driving a “small black car.”

Using this information, detectives found a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle …
