COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A man is facing several charges after police said he robbed a gas station using ‘finger guns’. He was arrested on a robbery charge for the incident that happened Sunday night.

According to the affidavit, Antonio Taylor stole a Big-Gulp soda after pointing finger guns and threatening the cashier. He then reportedly took off in a hot pink GMC Yukon.

In Colorado, a class four felony for robbery means someone took something of value from somebody else using threats, force or intimidation.

The arrest papers revealed Taylor didn’t have a weapon, but he did threaten the cashier.

Patrick Brady, a criminal justice professor at UCCS said anything could have qualified as a weapon in this case.
