A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been found in Hamilton, Ontario.
Sheldon Eriya went unlawfully at large on Dec. 21, OPP said in a press release.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad apprehended Eriya in Hamilton, police said on Tuesday.
Eriya is serving a five-year sentence for discharging a firearm with intent, aggravated assault and possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.
He was one of several men charged in a shooting in a Scarborough playground in 2018.
