Manitoba Hydro to send texts, calls during ongoing Canada Post strike [Video]

Manitoba Hydro says it will be sending texts and automated phone calls to those who normally get bills in the mail due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. And they are asking Manitobans to be wary of scammers.
