Manitoba officials outlined a five-stage plan to search the Prairie Green Landfill for the remains of two Indigenous victims of an admitted serial killer. Premier Wab Kinew called it a ‘robust, comprehensive, thorough search plan’ done for ‘compassionate reasons,’ not a criminal investigation.
