Manitoba weather: Fog advisory issued in southern Manitoba [Video]

It’s going to be a foggy start to the week for much of southern Manitoba.

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has issued a fog advisory for several Manitoba communities, including Winnipeg and Brandon.

ECCC notes that dense fog is expected to form overnight, causing near-zero visibility in southern Manitoba. The fog banks will dissipate on Monday morning.

ECCC warns that if visibility is reduced while you are driving, you should slow down, watch for tail lights and be prepared to stop.
