Environment Canada says Thursday is expected to be clear throughout the day with a high of 8 C, which will feel more like -6 C in the morning hours in Mississauga, Brampton, and Toronto.
Hamilton, Oshawa, Pickering and Durham Region will start the day with mainly cloudy skies before conditions clear up into the evening, and a high of -7 C with the wind chill.
But you can expect warmer weather near the U.S. border with a high of 9 C in Niagara Falls.
Into the evening hours, conditions are expected to stay clear as the temperature warms to a low of 1 C overnight in Mississauga and the GTA.
