Update: Around 10:15 a.m., some Bell internet users reported service had been restored.
Update 2: By 11 a.m. Bell said services were fully restored. Bell said they conducted an update that impacted some of their routers. They “rolled back the update to quickly restore services.”
Anyone still experiencing issues should reboot their modem by unplugging it and then plugging it back in after a couple of minutes, Bell said.
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank customers for their patience,” Bell said.

Bell Canada internet users were experiencing an outage Wednesday morning.
Reports to DownDetector, a realtime overview of internet and cell issues and outages, started to come in around 9:17 a.m. on Wednesday.
As of 9:40 a.m. over 100,000 people reported an outage to DownDetector. Reports are coming from the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa and Halifax.
