If you were planning to head out for some Victoria Day long weekend fun, keep the raincoats and umbrellas close. It’s shaping up to be a mostly soggy Sunday across southern Ontario, with cloudy skies, cool air and a chance of rain throughout the day.

Those hoping to catch the 5:48 a.m. sunrise may find the view blocked by overcast skies .

Mississauga and Brampton will see cloudy skies with a 30 per cent chance of showers in the morning. Winds will pick up to 50 km/h in Mississauga, Brampton, Halton and Hamilton. Durham will be slightly calmer, with gusts up to 40 km/h.
