The weekend could see some rain depending on where you are in the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.

Environment Canada says Saturday morning is expected to see a mix of sun and clouds in Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton.

Hamilton and the Niagara Falls area could see some rain in the morning with a 30 per cent chance of showers.

Winds could be gusting up to 50 km/h in Mississauga, Oshawa, Toronto and across the GTA, the weather agency says.

The daytime high is expected to be around 16 C with a UV index of 5 or moderate.

Skies are expected to stay cloudy throughout the day with the wind dying down around midnight, and an overnight low of around 6 C.
